If you go to

and click on Congressional Directory

and go to the Senators' websites, you can also use the web form to
pay for a special hand delivered letter which you can type right
there on the site. It costs $9 per letter to do that but you can
send an email for free. Then you can also check a box to have it go
on the congress website as a Letters To Leaders

or you can post a Soapbox Alert on a specific person.
